Excited to see how your Xmas Mom Test went. I weighed myself the entire time and stayed relatively on-plan. If not entirely, there were certainly more exceptions than the rest of the year combined, lol. But never ad-lib protein, never a whole steak. Pretty much no seed oils except 1 time I know of, and I did eat some pork and chicken a few times, but again not that much. So the damage was limited, but then I apparently have 10x the capacity for weight gain that you do.
Not Good! The week before I left I averaged 93.6kg.
Got back Tuesday and checked my weight when I got up on Wednesday as usual. 97.0kg!! I couldn't believe that I'd managed to put on 3.4kg in three weeks without even noticing I was gaining. I was thinking, this is all crazy, nothing I believe is true, sob....
This morning (Thursday) 95.0kg. 1.4kg in three weeks is much more plausible, and indeed roughly what I was expecting beforehand, but I think I will wait until I've got a week's data to average before I go drawing any conclusions....
Glad to hear yours went better! Hows the BMI? Did you make 'overweight' yet?
Could just be travel. I tend to gain at least 3lbs when traveling the whole day. Not sure if water retention from stress, or what. A really bad night's sleep will do it as well.
I just barely scraped on the 30 BMI over the holidays and then again a few days ago, at like 30.1 and 30.2 I think. Then more travel so bounced back up to 230, then 229, then 228 today...
Still on day 12/30 of ex150-8 so, if all goes to plan, I'll probably be overweight in 1-2 weeks :) Almost certainly during this ex150 run unless things somehow go crazy sideways. Fingers crossed haha.
