Thanks for the shout out!

I've actually been avoiding PUFA on and off for a few years since discovering that it was causing skin inflammation. What's new is also avoiding MUFA and increasing SFA. Plus reducing protein.

Unfortunately I've gone off the rails a bit because of Chinese New Year. But I figure it's useful to occasionally change things up in n=1 experiments.

Cool! We are all about the n=1 experiments. Medical "science" seems curiously useless on this topic, so we've just got to do all the exploring ourselves. The more craziness the better, and remember to announce your plans in advance, make predictions, and report your failures as well as your successes.

Port 80?! Back in my day we only had 1 port. And we were happy.

And that port only 300 baud. That's *why* we were happy.

We wished we'd had 300 baud!

Our father used to murder us before breakfast for making the weird dial-up noise and dance on our graves!

I am actually a Yorkshireman. You show a certain wild talent. Do you know where your ancestors were from? A lot of northern quakers apparently ended up in Pennsylvania.

Northern and Central Europe AFAIK. Got a tall viking half and a stout peasant half in me. At 6'1, I'm actually the shortest man in my family.

You youngsters! I met a man in the Peacock over Christmas who was 6'9", and I asked him if he was the tallest man he'd ever met, and he said not even close, he had two friends who were taller.

I used to be quite tall for a northerner at 5'10". Now I feel like a dwarf. Some friends have a 13-year old daughter who is almost but not quite my height. And time is on her side.
