Still working 9-5 (dread phrase), still cycling in and out every day, still trying to mainly live on coffee-and-cream during the day, usually eating something carby in the evening. Still taking melatonin at 1800, still crashing around 2200, still waking up just before my 0800 alarm goes off.
I've been consistently bright and bouncy for weeks now, I feel quite like my old self. I am programming well and rapidly, and I feel clever and capable. Doing mathematics in a good cause.
Not being in ketosis doesn't seem to have affected it. I’ve even experimented with small amounts of carbs for lunch and it doesn’t seem to make much difference. I feel I should experiment with just eating completely normally (no PUFAs, no sulphites, obvs….) but I don't want to spoil it.
I thought I'd regained all possible water weight at 94kg, but my weight kept rising to 94.7 and now seems to be coming back down again. Seven-day average is currently 94.3kg. No idea why either of those things happened.
I've survived a massive two-day drinking session and a couple of days of a virus which I fought off quickly. I seem to be in good health generally (long may this continue....). I had a pizza an hour ago and I feel even more energetic as a result.
Thyroid dose is stable, waking temperature pretty much where it should be.
COVID and flu vaccines booked. I slightly fear vaccine-related fatigue but I fear the diseases more.
