The mysterious pizza cravings were mysteriously fixed by a pizza, and haven't come back.
The aching legs went away a bit after that. Maybe they were part of the same thing.
I wonder if I was just low on salt or something. I do wonder how. I don't really consider things to be food unless they've got a protective white crust of salt on them.
Anyway, a heisenbug. That which goes away on its own can be safely ignored, as there is no chance at all of it coming back on its own, as all programmers learn in the cradle.
So, today Monday 30/10/2023 I shall start the fourth iteration of good old ex150ish.
Same as usual, cream the principal source of calories, beef and tomato stew with all kinds of random other stuff the principal source of everything else.
1kg of 80/20 minced beef as the main source of protein, although extra protein from vegetables added to stew is fine.
Just in order to confound things a bit, I have noticed that there are four different types of cream.
As well as single cream and double cream, both of which are currently tasting a bit bland and uninteresting to me, there are also crème fraîche and soured cream, both of which currently taste lovely.
So I'm just going to mix up the four types as appropriate as my main calorie source.
I've also got some cheese left, which I don't want to throw away, so the first few stews are going to have grated cheese toppings.
Probably should work the same.
It is important to make predictions:
I predict rapid water-weight loss of about 1.5kg over a few days, followed by entry to ketosis, accompanied by at least one mild headache, followed by the blissful state of endless but thin energy and remarkable mental clarity that is ketosis itself, followed by gentle weight loss at about 1/2kg / week, followed after a week or two by me getting bored and/or invited to some kind of eating-related social event, followed by incautious recarbing knocking me flat and resulting in all the water-weight coming back on at once, followed by a completely mysterious phase of just losing weight at 1/2kg / week for no reason whatsoever while eating whatever, followed by going home for Christmas and undoing all that and ending up weighing roughly what I weigh now.
Wish me luck.

Science at its best.
It does sound a bit like salt imbalance. I also had a bit of achy legs when I was doing the high potassium 2 days ago. (Have kinda laid of the potassium since then, I don't trust it lol. Makes me dehydrated and gives me cramps.)
